As a heads up we were under a “Heavy” well coordinated attack last night between the hours of 12 midnight and 4:00AM EDT this morning.
We are fine, I am not sure about the rest of the web though..?.. just woke up 🙂

Iam actually surprised that GoldTent isn’t constantly under attack given the fact that you are a beacon of truth, freedom of speech and fighting the MSM propaganda machine. Keep up the great work that you guys do.

When I tried to be fair and balanced on Facebook and Twitter I got the boot.
Maybe the moderators can slap a disclaimer on comments like yours, something like:
“The comment is not based in fact!”

I am joking but I am not joking. James Corbett, has reasonably suggested that readers and listeners make a point of exposing themselves to material they disagree with.
I would add that if possible, people should expose themselves to material that is **really** hard to take. For example, I don’t agree anything, frankly, anywhere – leftwing, righwing, centrist, but I can find sites that don’t make me cringe, that I have to force myself to look at.
However I think I should, and I think people here should. People won’t see this comment, so I may repeat it. I do think these first two huffpost articles are worth looking at, just so that one sees how other people see things. I listened to a radio interview this morning that could have been from a different universe. I think that many people here could speak with many left-wingers or liberals, but there are certain types — who live in a different world — zero in common. It is important to get into their minds — I hate to use cliches, but to me they seem heavily propagandized, rather more so than others. I can converse with many righties, lefties, traditional liberals, general skeptics and hope you can too.
As for Taylor Swift, I am afraid I have not made it through a song. There was one a few years ago some young relatives showed me on you tube where people substituted goat bleatings for her vocalizations. That was ok. This Teigen the way she is cited all over the place must be one of the world’s greatest geniuses, but I admit I didnt check out this article or the others. It is educational going to the huffpost though.

Karl, if you are in any way not joking, please make an augument for the fairness in the longer term attitudes of Huffpo’s management and editorial staff (the source) – and what they consider news or how it should be presented, from say CNN, NBC, ABC, FB’s or TWIT’s minitrue staff etc.
Given their output over time, I believe their staff supports the leftist agenda and all the (mindfk) tactics that come with it. My wife listens to NPR, I do know what the other side is saying and why they are saying it (same as Huffpo) – the time for ‘debate’ over facts or the way things should be is long since over, it’s just not masked anymore. My opinion of course, everyone has one and hopefully the right to express it.
