   I’ve forever been trying to understand the USDX and its implications and manipulations and what not 🙂

   First some random thoughts (rants, if you will): I promise I’m not drunk, as some of these “links” that I’ve established over the years seem very odd, but I’m a poor guy, just trying to connect the dots.

   1. The greatest collusion between the ECB and the US Fed has taken place in the last 13 years or so, since the Great Financial Crisis started. Maybe with the Japanese Central Bank too. (Why? that’s my last point)

   2. “They” tried to sideline China, and see if they could buy a few more years, before the gold backed Yuan becomes the reserve currency. Whether or not that happens this decade, will be the BIGGEST event of this decade.

   3. The virus, is an attempt too blacklist China, since all else monetary and fiscal foolery is failing in “their” faces. What if the virus was unleashed just as China was about to make its financial move?

   4. Somewhere, in all this, the Epstein-saga and its relation with Clintons and the British Royal Family, the Deep State (which includes Google, FB, Twitter, MSM) has “colluded” to make this virus the biggest distraction ever, to pull the rug from under billions of people’s FINANCIAL feet. Trump will be dismantled, just as a side effect.

   I know I’m sounding beyond weird. Please read on.

   5. Now I’ll come back to USDX.

   I read this article on jsmineset.com as a 33 year old, trying to grapple with a crashing US economy, 6 months after I bought my first home!

   A Few Important Observations On The US Dollar

   Dear Extended Family,

   A few important observations:

   1. The Euro Zone financial and general business system has been bailed out at the rate of 6% of their 2007 GDP (2007 last reported).

   2. The US financial and general business system has been bailed out at a rate of 5% of 2007 GDP (2007 last reported).

   3. The US dollar has appreciated from the low of .72 to the high of .89 on the USDX.

   4. That represents a 26.3% appreciation for the dollar versus the euro.

   5. The difference between 5% and 6% can be argued as a 20% increase in percentage of GDP (not absolute bailout funds) higher in the Euro Zone.

   6. Rate of interest returns in the Euro Zone are on average more than 100% higher than the US but that is not a factor because it does not serve the interest of the dollar longs. This keeps the media quiet.

   Conclusion:

   Algorithms and technical short term dollar flows are the very short term of the dollar rally.

   Will we see 72 and lower on the USDX soon? Nobody believed Sinclair when he stood by his call of gold at USD1650 or higher by Jan 2011? It reached that level in June 2011. The call by Sinclair was made in 2001 I believe.

   Then Sinclair said that the USDX will trade in the 60s.

   That’s what your chart says too, Sir Northstar!

     Some interesting observations there GL. Who really knows exactly WTF is going on? At this point it’s all a bit of a shit show. The charts don’t lie though. They tell it as it is, and they all fit together to light the way.

   I imagine when it hits that bowl we will get a new dollar. F to the 3rd. Full Faith Fiat Dollar, just for us citizens. There could be a different dollar that plays by the new global rules on the international scene. What a sh!t show indeed.

   Can we hear from the dollar bulls out there for a counter? Parabolic Chuck et al. I recall your last charts had the USD going to 140 and beyond. Have you moved away from that scenario? TIA

   OK, I’ll bite. The dollar is crap, agreed. Which major currency isn’t? The Euro won’t even be around soon. You want to store pension funds in Euros? I doubt it. How about the Yen? The Japanese have mired themselves in government debt even beyond what the rest have done. Their currency will race the euro to the bottom. Well then, it has to be the mighty Yuan. What do you mean you can’t even trade it properly? Hard to store trillions of dollars, yen, Euros in a currency that doesn’t really trade. When it does trade it will sink like a stone as the Chinese people try to remove their assets from Chinese commie control. If you really trust the Communist Party of China to maintain the world’s reserve currency, I have some lovely masks and covid test kits to sell you. There’s always the IMF, I suppose. Special drawing rights sound very special to me. You may have noticed that most everything described as special, isn’t.
