Civil War ?

   This time around it will indeed be a traditional civil war – competing interests to seize control of the government and the country.

   The last war on U.S. soil was no such thing. It was action by an oppressive dictatorial U.S. government forcing a free and independent people and country into submission. It’s correctly called The War of Northern Invasion.

   This time around, the South shall rise again…

   Back in the mid-1800s the true allegiance for most people living in America was to their resident state first, not the USA. And that was exactly what the founders had in mind: states rights trumped central government power. All.the.time. No one teaches that because as usual, the history is written by the victors, and is always jam-packed with lies. That is then taught in government mandated curriculum to maintain the lies. It is the way of history, and if you don’t get that, then truth will always elude you.

     the civil war was actually an economic war, with the northern financial interests attempting to collateralize production from the southern states for the debt still owed to foreign “money interests” (kindly put) to finance the revolutionary war. “confessions of an economic hitman” type stuff, with the debt rolling forward, at ever increasing amounts – until we end op where we are today, as “tenants in the land our forefathers conquered”, to paraphrase Thomas Jefferson.

     same war. same enemy. different times…but a losing effort until the people become re-educated on the true nature and difference between money, currency, and credit.

   we’ve been in a civil war since 2016. it has simply morphed from an information/propaganda war into a standard soros-style color revolution…with, imo, all hell breaking loose after the Nov elections – no matter who wins.

   fully – are you american or canadian?

   at the revolution, america threw off kings, queens, royalty and rulers of all kinds. in essence – we were each born as kings and queens without subjects – by divine right. countries unto ourselves.

   like any country, our right and ability to engage in commerce is unlimited. the constitution was enshrined to protect our sovereignty – and if we study the laws as they are actually written, we will find it conforms with original intent.

   however, we have been indoctrinated from birth to accept the opposite – that we are ruled by the “construct” which we ourselves created. that the law is too complicated to understand unless you are a lawyer.

   but our remedy is in the law, truly. for example, our remedy against the IRS is in the Internal Revenue Code. think about it…if our labor was actually taxable under the law, then we were all born indentured servants. yet indentured servitude was outlawed along with slavery after the civil war. so how do they get us to pay? through our own ignorance is the short answer.

   that’s why i don’t pay income tax. Nor do i pay traffic/parking violations, and such. that’s why i get paid to spend credit card money and not pay a cent back, with no damage to my credit score. no – it’s not by employing “sovereign citizen” bs. it’s understanding that there are higher laws than statutory law, including the common law, maritime law (codified here in the US as “UCC” – Uniform Commercial Code, and above all, God’s law.

   it’s just that we don’t take the time to actually read or study the law – as it is written.

   free is as free does.

     I do not understand how you do not pay income tax and you do not get audited by the IRS…please explain

     And what do you mean “i get paid to spend credit card money and not pay a cent back, with no damage to my credit score” ?

   TAX
   we pay “income” tax when we file our income tax return.
   but was i paid “income”? No!
   “income” is always COMPUTED – right? gross, adj. gross, and net – based upon, among other things, “wages” (form W2).
   otherwise, if we are not “employed”, we receive payments in connection with a “trade or business” (Form 1099).

   here is the statutory definition of the term “trade or business”, found at 26 USC Sec. 7701(a)(26):

   (26) Trade or business
   The term “trade or business” includes the performance of the functions of a public office.

   same definition applies to the term “wages” – it just goes through a maze of definitions to get there.

   so there it is. during the tax year – i didn’t receive “wages”, as THEY define that term. Nor did i receive payments from a “trade or business” as THEY define that term – because i did not get paid in connection with the performance of the functions of a public office.

   under the constitution, there are 2 kinds of taxes only:
   1. direct taxes – apply to everyone but must be apportioned among the states (that’s why we do census for past 200+ yrs).
   2. indirect taxes – also known as “excise” or “privilege” tax – which must be uniform among the states. but i can avoid the excise tax – by not buying tobacco, alcohol, gas, etc. but the more i buy, or the more i am engaged in a “privileged” activity – the more tax i pay.

   and that’s it. now – how is the income tax administered? well – no one can escape (direct) – but the more you make the more you pay! (indirect). the govt can’t have it both ways! the income tax is an excise tax – this is backed by the USSC case law.

   why? because even the lowest form of life on this earth – even a cockroach – has a god given right to do whatever is necessary to survive in this world. for us that is exchanging our labor or services for payment. are we less than a cockroach? 8 hours pay for 8 hours work – where is the profit? the taxable event? it cannot be taxed unless we are indentured servants by law. we’re not.

   every person has a god given right to trade labor or services for pay – which is not taxable. however – not everyone has the right to hold public office, which is a “privilege”!…that comes with all the benefits thereof such as prestige, power, honors, (back-pocket) fringe benefits, etc….which is therefore a taxable activity.

   i’m still waiting by my mailbox for my govt check for holding public office – for which i will gladly pay a tax. 🙂

   yes – i’ve been to tax court where the irs lies, cheats, obfuscates and misleads – and i still kicked their ass and wiped out 100’s of thousands of taxes. but how is that possible RTV? there is ONLY one way. with their own law.

   CREDIT CARD GAME
   for the credit card…hey “G&S is money” man – you should know this. they never lend us any “money”. they issue credit, by tapping on their computer, which they are not allowed by law to do. that is – we borrow from ourselves and pay them interest. in turn – they take our credit account, pool it with thousands of others, convert it to a trust, get some f*ggot credit agency to give it a credit rating (ever see “the big short”?), then sell it as a “security” into the marketplace…for which they receive proceeds. but does the cc contract tell you that? no. do they get your permission? no. do they return any of the proceeds to the original source of equity (you)? no. so they’ve committed securities fraud.

   therefore, i use the card. spend it all – don’t pay back a f*cking dime. when they come for payment – i say i would be glad to pay whatever i owe, with their legally binding written assurance that they will accept payment in full, in immediate and direct exchange for the original contract, in its original form, bearing my original signature. which they don’t have or if they do, won’t provide because its evidence of their fraud. they’ll send me copies of my statements. lol! so i write back – and say “hey, you ignored my offer to pay in full”. under the UCC, an offer to pay in full which is rejected or ignored is the same as payment in full.

   so in my letter i say “hey – i’ll give you another 10 days to accept my offer, otherwise i will consider the matter both legally and financially settled.” they act like i’m blue from the planet venus – but what happens when we pay our car in full? we get the pink slip. or our house? we get the deed. same with a contract – when i make my last payment i want the original contract in my hand.

   so they will do one of 2 things:
   1. hire a 3rd party collector to come after me. great! i don’t have a contract with them. i’m not a party to the contract they have with the cc co. basic contract law. so they’ve violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC sec. 1692, $1K for every letter they send me, every call, and believe me – i carry them for several rounds. when they violated the federal law – they violated the state law by definition – so its actually double. if they report an unverified debt (no contract) to the credit reporting agencies, they’ve violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sec 1681. its $1k per credit report (transunion, equifax, experian), per month – because they update each month. i have 5 years from the violation or 2 years from discovery – so it adds up. i sue them – they pay up because its already checkmate b4 i go to court. i’m just there to collect. or,

   2. they sell the debt for pennies on the dollar to a 3rd party. the “new owner” contacts me. yes – he is the “holder in due course” and entitled to payment under the UCC. so i always reply by saying “i would be happy to pay you in full, plus the fees you tack on, upon my receipt of your legally binding written assurance that you will accept payment in full, in direct and immediate exchange for the original contract, in its original form, bearing my original signature – which you MUST have acquired when you purchased the debt.”…right? wrong. KA-CHING!

   after i’ve sued them in small claims, superior, or federal court, the settlement always includes, in addition to statutory damages, that they will cease collecting, and cease reporting to the cra’s.

   again…there is money, currency, and credit. it is good to know the nature of each, basic contract and consumer law. 🙂
