Can you feel it? Eleven.
I just found this . Sherbet – Can You Feel It Baby. I’ve never heard this record before, will probably never hear it again:

Anyway, gold’s $1201.10, the low today was $1200.20. I’m gonna take another look…
$1200.70 and going down.
Can you feel it in the air tonight, oh Lawd?
According to EW analysis if gold trades below 1180 it is going to 1124 to complete EW flat structure. However if gold trades higher than 1230 than it will go higher to test 1369 once again.
That is the path shown by EW analysis.

$1124 would be interesting because that’s the Dec 2016 low for gold, isn’t it?
Jordan said HUI had broken 2016 low (only just), GDX and GDXJ not (yet).
I guess 1180 is a good target also because it was the 2013 low (twice).
Interesting times.
Used to see Rosen’s work very regularly many years ago. For a brief time, he was on Richard Russell’s forum with many of the folks I hang out with now. Before you trade on his observations, I would suggest a careful look at his track record. I would offer that advice for just about anyone’s guidance, of course.
Personally, based on my own work … my belief is that either we bottom in mid to late Sept for the large c of B (echoing the monster move from early 16 — Sam’s view) — OR —- we merely bounce at that point, then make a lower low next spring, and then take off (Sci Investing count).
Sherbet – an Aussie band from my youth!
Pretty decent record actually.
Well the 11 handle was reached soon: $1194.
I wonder if it’s a flush below 1200 because it occurred before the COMEX opened and a rally has started as soon as the COMEX opened (or just minutes before). Rally rolling over a bit already, price $1200.30. Actually, it looks like 4 waves of a tiny 5 wave up-move right now.
Hmm, the rally on the COMEX open to ~$1203 was short. It’s rolled over to $1195.80, only just above the daily pre COMEX low (London low) of $1194.20.
PM London Fix is $1200.35! Talk about dodging the bullet! I was expecting under 1200.
AM Fix was $1204.40
Silver $15.04. Fourteen handle beckons?
OT — for a world class drummer, he certainly had a fine voice too.
But many regard him as one of the finest drummers EVER … for those not familiar with his jazz fusion band Brand X …

OT for Pedro: Phil is a love or hate him guy. I love the guy but he sometimes annoys me. I wish I had seen him earlier in his career. He did sing very well with Genesis Wembley Stadium 1 July 1987. I was there. It was the height of their career, 4 nights in a row, beaten only by Michael Jackson at that venue with 5 in a row later.
Three days earlier on 28 July 1987, I saw Peter Gabriel at the height of his career at Earl’s Court London. Kate Bush made a surprise appearance. Great gig. [Phil and Pete, separate careers. Never the twain shall meet.] That was a good week, a really good week.
I just found out that Ian Paice is still thumping the tubs. Great news.
“Kate Bush made a surprise appearance.”
Love her work. That’s a really HUGE surprise, as she’s a recluse and hated being on stage.
“Phil and Pete, separate careers. Never the twain shall meet.”
Well, never again anyhow. Pete sees no point in returning to his early Genesis persona.
And Phil had a wrist injury and back problems and isn’t likely to be seen behind the kit again … at least not for a tour.
If I could go back in time, one of my top three choices would be to visit early 70s UK to seem them together for SEPTB and the Lamb. Hard to eclipse what they did back then.
“Phil is a love or hate him guy.” How bout BOTH? Love him on drums. Respect his singing. Song writing, not so much. When Gabriel left, the lyrical quality they had pretty much vanished. See lyrics to “The Lamia” for an example. Or “Epping Forest.” Compare those to “We Can’t Dance” or “Mama”.
