They were owned and made (manufactured) by the military. Pfizer and Moderna were paid to make it appear like it came from a pharmaceutical company.

Reminder that this was first documented – in detail – along with specific government documentation – by Katherine Watt’s “Bailiwick News” in 2021/2022 etc. timeframe.
She exposed the paperwork loop on how the COVID 19 “injection” was initiated, controlled, managed & manufactured by the DoD with the pharma companies only involvement being to “front” these injections to the public and represent them as their own. This ensured a desired level of “opaqueness” so that the government was not challenged. In return the pharmaceutical companies were gifted $Billions of profits while being provided with “carte-blanche” protection from liability and civil recourse. It was truly an eyeopening crossing of t’s and dotting of i’s.
Subsequently — all references to Katherine Watt’s Bailiwick News posts has been removed from the internet and she has been quoted as indicating she will not answer any questions or discuss her earlier work. Her substack remains but is a shadow of it’s former self.
The TENT posts also seem to have disappeared — at least I could not find the ones that linked to the Bailiwick revelations — including detailed flow charts documenting the decision & manufacturing process, the role of Big Pharma and government documentation authorizing / enabling it to occur while negating ANY liability for participation in the program. It was a brilliant piece of investigative legal work that has already been disappeared!
Pure speculation — removal of all previous materials and sudden desire not to talk — seems like a logical move if a person is trying to live a long and healthy life after revealing top-secret government programs.
