For years the argument was that asking a voter to prove they are a citizen was some impossible burden.
Then the White House built a portal that is supposed to put the entire government in the palm of your hand and dared them to keep saying the form is too hard.
If identity is simple enough for a benefit, it is simple enough for a ballot. Pass the bill.
