Campaign Life Coalition is urging all parliamentarians to back Bill C-218, which would halt the planned expansion of assisted suicide to mentally ill Canadians ahead of the March for Life.

Speaking about Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD), the term used for legal euthanasia in Canada, CLC’s Director of Political Operations Jack Fonseca said, “The next euthanasia time bomb is set to explode on March 17, 2027, when eligibility will automatically expand to mentally ill patients.”
