I propose we get LA, Chicago, Portlandia, Boston, Minneapolis, and NYC to take all illegal aliens in the US. The US Gov’t will promise not to go into these new sanctuary cities, but in return, the cities must forego all federal aid and must agree to build a wall around the city and only legal US citizens can get in and out of the city. In 2 years, they will beg for us to take away 90% of the illegal aliens, and US will be left with all the illegal aliens who are worthy and trustful. They will have not turned to violence or fraud to support themselves, and then we will allow the remaining 10% to roam the US in all it’s glory.
