I love companies that are going to start mining within a year, and this one fits the bill. Downside is it’s only 43% silver, but with gold and copper makes it 56% of mined materials. Other is lead and zinc. Solid economics, and it’s in Peru, so some geopolitical risk. 60% IRR at $30 silver and $1,900 gold…are we higher than that?

Latest update – (earlier this week) – suggests they’ve moved commercial production timeframe up from 2027 to 3Q 2026. Stock Price has been hovering lately in $4CDN range. 85M shares/warrants outstanding (insiders 20%, Sprott 7.5%, Institutional 22.5%)

Should I sell some gold and silver coins to buy in???
I am currently deleveraging from my SLV calls, and have money to allocate. I feel if silver’s new floor is around 65-70, and it stops having these 5-10% intraday swings, silver stocks are going to revalue up. I mean, have you run the SILJ:SLV chart…it’s like silver mining was just banned in the world. Ratio is .39 but I fell the last 5 years average would be between .46 and .48. Don’t have a longer time frame charting, but that’s crazy. My ratios have not been met for selling out of any PM’s in general, but tell myself everyday once they start hitting, I need to go to cash for awhile and scope out the next commodity opportunity. I post my ratio targets at least once a week.. Markets to PM’s and PM’s to PM’s…this is a crazy market and one must have a north pole to look to in the storm. My ratios are my north pole. Not 100% sure it will work, but it’s better than just acting on emotions. Take emotions out of trading and have a plan, best method.
