The internet is just the excuse for implemention (who can argue with protecting the youth of the world — it’s the “trees” issue — but once installed it enables the control of ALL information) — the “forest” censorship / surveillance state — the destruction of personal freedom and privacy state.
They are picking the easiest soft target and will expand once it’s in place — as per scores of articles that have been published already outlining this WEF plan.
