I’m waiting for someone to comment that Trump is in on this . That there is no way Crooks was the lone assassin .

If you must believe there is more to the story than has been revealed then you have 2 choices
1…Trump is a gullible naive idiot who believes anything they tell him

2…Trump is in on it….In on covering up his own assassination attempt
