I see a few people are experimenting with AI and posting the AI answers here. And I imagine we will be seeing a lot more of that as time goes by such that AI will do our thinkng and we leave the human analysis to others. But is that a good idea?

My first foray was using an AI engine created by Mike Adams who has created a base of the largest resource of natural health searches available on the internet. He claims it is head and shoulders above all other systems since he trained it himself and it includes all his own work plus that of some of the best known articles and sites (such as Mercola) on the topics of natural treatments for ailments to be found anywhere.

My first search however was on a subject I know something about that is unrelated to health.

I asked the AI to tell me about the differences between a Flat Earth and a ball Earth. And would you not know it but Mikes AI instantly started lying to me. Not only that it doubled down when challenged! This is evidence that AI is not nearly as useful as we imagine and certainly not ready for prime time. The internet is full of articles on the subject of Flat Earth yet the engine could not discern truth from fact. It insisted, for example, that NASA had successfully sent missions to the moon, something that is well known to have never happened. Here is its first answer to my Flat Earth versus Ball Earth query.

Prove that the world is a flat earth and not a spinning ball in space.

The Earth’s spherical shape has been proven through numerous scientific methods and evidence, including:

1. Shadow of Earth on the Moon during a lunar eclipse: When the Earth comes between the Sun and the Moon, the Earth casts a round shadow on the Moon, which would not be the case if the Earth was flat.

2. Curvature of the horizon: The curvature of the horizon from a high vantage point, such as an airplane or a mountain, shows that the Earth is round. This curvature matches the calculations based on the Earth’s radius.

3. Photographs from space: Images of Earth taken from space, such as the iconic “Blue Marble” photo taken by the Apollo 17 crew, clearly show the Earth as a round planet.

4. Gravity: Gravity pulls everything towards the center of mass. In a spherical Earth, this results in the spinning of objects near the surface in a circular path, which is observed as the rotation of the Earth.

5. Satellites and GPS: The existence of satellites and the Global Positioning System (GPS) is only possible because the Earth is a sphere. These systems rely on the Earth’s curvature and rotation for their functioning.

6. Circumnavigation: People have circumnavigated the Earth both horizontally (around the
equator) and vertically (over the poles), which would not be possible if the Earth was flat.
The conspiracy theories suggesting that the Earth is flat have been debunked by these and many other lines of evidence.

Hahahahahahahaha!!! So stupid. Its just proof we need not fear AI anytime soon since it is not intelligent at all. Gravity is not proven. That is just the first big lie. Gravity is a theory and always has been. There is not evidence to support that planets and the solar system are held together by such a mysterious force. Indeed, there is no evidence to prove there are even planets.

Every single answer was a lie. The Blue Marble photo is actually CGI (Computer Graphics) and was created by NASA based on a series of low Earth photos taken from balloons then pasted together to make the ball we see. The creator admits its CGI and says it has to be that way. There are in fact zero real photos of Earth from space. All of them are CGI because our Moon missions never actually left orbit. We never went to the moon.

Then there is the Earth Curve subject. The curvature of the Earth is created using fish eye lenses. Any photos taken by independant researchers with rockets and using a normal lens have proven that the horizon rises up to meet the eye (meaning the Earth is flat). All others from NASA use a fish eye lens to confuse you.

So before providing your articles with AI backup text I just wanted to comment that you should keep it in context and understand the answers you are providing may be outright manipulations of the truth. Worse, they may be outright lies. After some basic research I have discovered that virtually all AI Models follow the same script on certain topics such as Flat Earth. The information cannot therefore be trusted.
