It will cost $500 billion over a decade. He states Canada is an energy superpower and we’re going to help Ukraine with ports, trains, electricity nuclear, and maybe oil and gas He wants the world to see that Canada stands steadfast with Ukraine Champagne says we owe everything to Ukraine for fighting for our democracy
