   Kinda short notice, given out over a weekend with a Monday deadline,
   for those who were on leave either last week (with nothing to report),
   or on leave this next week and might not even get the email.
   I don’t think its permitted to get or send .gov emails except over secured networks.

   Didn’t see anything giving a Monday deadline, just need to respond. I am sure it will be reasonable timeframe but how long to email back what project or job duties you performed over the last week. Of course if you weren’t in office and didn’t do anything which probably fits most they are going to have to get creative and say what they were suppose to be doing based on their job description. Sort of like the first step towards documenting reason why additional downsizing is appropriate and justified.
