Special counsel Jack Smith filing threatens Judge Cannon with appeal AND openly insults her ‘Fundamentally flawed understanding of case.’

   I don’t have in depth understanding of the case.
   But my take from what I read yesterday is that it seems to come down to the distinction between personal records and presidential records.
   The latter must be returned to NA.
   Trump thinks its his prerogative to decide which is which.

   A sensible option would be to allow copies of presidential records to be retained as personal.
   I don’t know if Congress ever defined the difference.
   If not, how can you prosecute over a fuzzy line?
   Obviously, this is not about the law, per se, but Election Interference.
   I hope Cannon has her own security detail. She’s in the crosshairs too.

     No other Past President of the USA have been charged with the crime of taking classified documents despite the fact that most (if not all) have done this.

     The DOJ has even refused to prosecute VP’s (Biden) that NEVER had authority to remove ANY classified documents which IS a CLEAR violation of law!

     The objective of the Executive Office & DNC seems to be either to remove Trump from the 2024 ballot and/or impede his election run by forcing time & money to be spend on this DOJ charge. Worst case for DOJ’s SMITH is that he hampers Trump re-election efforts for the next 9 months and then possibly lock down his presidential authority during his second term in office. It seems logical that the DOJ will issue some form of legal directive that SMITH cannot be removed by a new DOJ administration after the election is completed.

   Wouldn’t it be sweet if the judge were to sabotage the case in Trump’s favor, as smith asserts.
   What? a traitor within the deep state!

   Wishful thinking but incompetence is more likely.
