Why it matters .

Trump is likeley to flip Georgia Nevada and Arizona 3 of the swing states….HOWEVER The Blue Wall swing states of Pennsylvania Michigan and Wisconsin are tougher and closer ( albeit Trump is slightly ahead in the polls)

\You need 270 EV Votes to win the Presidency

As it stands when you include that 1 EV Blue in Nebraska….If Biden took the blue wall states ( by hook and crook) He would have 270 EC votes and Trum would have 268

However if the Nebraska Initiative passes the Nebraska Legislature that blue vote turns red and you have a TIE in this scenario 270 – 270

The tie is broken by the State legeslatures as they stand at the moment. Each state getting 1 vote
