It was me, although I would caution jumping in now. We are overdue for a daily cycle low that could easily get back down to the 50day. This could happen this week, and i will be buying if that is the case.
One thing to add I just noticed, CCJ has earnings in 2 days, this could be the catalyst to send us down into the DCL.

All I know is when a Commodity Producer is making new highs befor the Commodity price rises it’ usually very Bullish
