Double ouch! I have the misfortune of owning this Spock Rock, via the PP. No point in selling now. Another to add to the pile of “lottery tickets”…
I suppose it has the two plus of pretty good real estate. I think also that its #1 person may have been one of the people behind the main property for OSK???? So in theory because of its location it could find some interest esp w/ some drill results + promotion. You never know.
I personally would not have the slightest negative thought about it really, despite having paper losses, since that’s the way things go and it could come to life. However there’s the paperwork. If I am to follow all the US laws and regs that I did not know about there is an ordeal about reporting my ownership of it. Worse, since I unfortunately did the Spock private placement as well, I own it in DRS form and US brokerages for practical purposes will not accept it since they don’t like DRS/certs when shares are low-priced, low-market cap, or illiquid esp if non-US. My SEK stock is now worth less than zero for me because of the paperwork. I have too much to do right now, but I think I will eventually ask my accountant or the US Treasury whether there is a mechanism whereby I can donate my shares to the IRS w/o filling out too many forms or something like that. Maybe they’ll like filling out all their forms every year and they can figure out a way of disposing of it or declaring it worthless.
A minor irritant is that some stooge involved in the private placement has sent me sporadic spam promoting some other tiny company that interests me not in the slightest.
Other than that I think it’s just fine. I mean, I really do. It would have been ok w/o the paperwork to have made a gamble and taken a paper loss.

This stock has been reverse split 10:1.
If some one buys it it will be only 30% higher than currently trading. Yes one can reduce the losses. All PP investors lost big money.

I missed this share split. Bikoo, I missed one other recently and you were able to let me know when the consolidation happened. Are you able to tell me without more than trivial effort when the reverse split for this one occurred? Please don’t bother if it takes more than about 40 seconds for you to look up. I couldn’t find it easily on their website.
I used to use Yahoo for all my quotations and for charts. They changed many things, mainly for the worse, so I stopped using them and go to Fidelity for quotes. Unfortunately Fidelity isn’t so good on news, and I have been less aggressive than I used to be at looking for this stuff.
