The Elephant in the Room
Traditional Thinking says The Gold:Silver Ratio NEEDs to drop for us to have a real strong PM Bull Market
It is never good to see the Ratio this out of whack and NOT responding Down IMO
Bob needs to get ON his meds !
This chart argues for a Higher ratio ( MUCH Higher)….HISTORICLY higher
Can we have a Gold Bull without Silver ?
Perhaps in a Serious Monetary Crisis we can .
What say you Gold Minds ?
It is how everyone looks at the image???? Yes it could be???
BUT the ratio is forming top HnS just above the S/R line. Right shoulder is in the making. It will confirm once the ratio closes below the Neckline (S/R).
I have been watching this pattern for some time.
Gooood chart.
Yes, that could be a topping pattern.
Looks indeed like a Stock Market trow over top !!
My take is that of a FALSE breakout … like the SM !!
My question is silver too cheap?, and why is that? Take look at at a longterm silver:copper ratio. Silver is also underperforming copper. So is silver too plentiful in above ground stockpiles? Is supply exceeding demand? Or are too many promises to deliver being traded on exchanges?
GSR is being stubborn and slow to breakdown – a bit like the Dollar Index.
Thanks Fully! Silver miners vs Gold miners (SIL:GDX) still hasn’t improved either.
Well we have a line in the sand….we need this ratio to go down around that apex.
Could go either way. H and S Top ? or Continuation pattern developing.
I can see either or…but I do see a scenario where Gold Goes higher and Silver is just a commodity this time.
