No Time For Complacency
The price action in Gold & Silver since my post yesterday, has been even better than I expected. Especially from the two leaders, NEM & HL. Hecla reports earnings after today’s close. While it wouldn’t be surprising if it has a quick pullback tomorrow after the strength today, it is just as likely that given their recent release about their drilling activity at their various mines, an upside explosion is not out of the question. Newmont also acts fantastic but one looking to get in should see a pullback over the next two days. Friday, is likely to display upside follow thru, which would be bullish for next week and beyond. As I posted yesterday, THIS IS IT!
Glad to see you are back CM….I agree with you!! Timing is perfect for a rally with the PM’s on a seasonality basis, they’ve done shit since end of Feb and are severely oversold, producers have done nothing but print money for the last 10 quarters, and the MV to FCF multiples are really low. Don Durrett says he loves the big producers right now and are easy 4 baggers from now until they peak. We are in a cyclical bull market in PM stocks, invest accordingly.
CM – what is your opinion on who/why/what/etc is actively restricting “stock prices” during a period where earnings in the resource sector have climbed through the roof? FCF in the producing miners is blowing historical records out of the water but yet “stocks prices” are struggling to scrape bottom.
Do you sense something underway — ie: your gut feel???
I believe the biggest reason is the strength in high tech and the general stock market. Now that stocks have either topped out or are soon to do so, the great Capital Rotation is about to begin. When most everything else starts rolling over and going down, those great FCF numbers of the miners are going to attract large amounts of investor capital.
