In my view, I read a long time ago, that our system took after the Nazi system. I guess they were impressed how good they were doing before WW II.  However, over time after 1970, they globalized the world. With tariffs and currency games.

To me globalism is global socialism. Take from wealthy countries like USA and Europe, and give work or money to the poorer nations. And that is why the whole system is failing and has various trade imbalances.

Also ever since 9/11/01, the attack of the world trade center, I KNEW, on that day everything was going to go into reverse. The beginning of the end of globalization.

Plus ever since Bernie Madoff in 2008 getting caught, I made a post stating if you are doing something you should not be doing you better stop. One by one many old crimes have been getting found out. Pluss again Trump is a reversal president, very unique, not like all the other useless dumb as as a stump presidents.
