She agreed because they put two things on the table for her: the statement from Mayo Zambada, where he clearly states that Sheinbaum received massive amounts of money from the Sinaloa Cartel and also from El Mencho for her campaign. The Trump Administration gave her an ultimatum: Allow joint operations against Cartels or US will launch its own operations against Cartels in Mexico!!
