John Thune just revealed he will stop President Trump from making any recess appointments by keeping the Senate in a continuous technical session once it adjourns tonight.
By using pro forma meetings, Thune plans to block Trump from filling any vacancies while the Senate is away.

Supposedly – when Obama was President the same “technical session” actions were taken and Obama ignored them – however – his recess appointments were later subsequently approved by the Senate. There are enough RINO’s today that this might be difficult for Trump to accomplish.

Also — but seperately — how is he going to resolve the judicial coup d’etat underway?
ALSO — the Supreme Court has not yet ruled on the case that, if accepted as argued, “could” automatically remove most Congressmen and Senators from office — supposedly. It gets mentioned about every 2-3 months as sitting on the backburner ….. it was a private citizens legal argument (as I recall).
