NO — he said ALL THE GOLD is there and that an audit was completed in fall of 2024.
This is VERY different from any previous statement and it will be intepreted as every gold bar is there, accounted for and belongs 100% to the USA.
Now — was the audit done correctly — was each bar of gold counted etc. — he is stating that it is ALL there so he doesn’t have much wriggle room!
We (at the tent) have been speculating (for years) that the gold was leased out AND that much of it had been shipped to China (hence the 30-50K ounces Chinese stockpile speculation).
So IF the gold exists and “it’s ALL there” than the US gold reservie is much larger than many have speculated.
This is NOT a nothing burger statement — imo his reputation is at stake!
That was an old video and he is just saying they do an “audit” every year. It is BS. They issue a report saying the gold is there. Not an actual audit. It isn’t being done because it was leased out years ago.
CM – That has been my theory for a very long time. We also know that a paperwork audit is entirely different from a physical audit.
Nevertheless, Bessett took a “strong” stance which will be reflected on his reputation if and when a physical audit is completed.
Whether it was showmanship or not, but Bessett is the “grown up” on Trumps cabinet and his statement that the gold is there was unequivocable.
The bankers’ MSM won’t do it, so why aren’t any alt-news reporters asking the tough questions.
1. Who conducted the audit? 2. What percentage was ‘unencumbered’ 3. Was the NYC and other repositories included (including any abroad)?
4. Is there an official public report or do we ‘have it’ like China says they ‘have it’?
The more the alt media can get the Admin to talk about gold the better!
