It begins. The federal government has for years invaded the jurisdictions of the provinces by bribing them with tax money taken from the provinces. That flow of money has lessened over time, and now that influence will lessen. Each province will be less inclined to be bullied as the feds tighten the belt. Devolution is at hand, but it won’t stop with that.
