That included a new capture who is currently on his way back to the U.S. from Venezuela.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn fact, Mr. chairman, I\u2019m proud to announce today, and I hate to correct you, we haven\u2019t captured nine of the top ten most [wanted] individuals on our list. We\u2019ve captured ten.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cJust this past weekend, we captured a thug down in Venezuela who was on our most wanted list and on the run for years.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cHe has been captured, apprehended and is on his way back to the United States of America.\u201d<\/p>\n
