{"id":701757,"date":"2026-07-06T01:04:26","date_gmt":"2026-07-06T05:04:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goldtadise.com\/?p=701757"},"modified":"2026-07-06T01:04:26","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T05:04:26","slug":"college-students-are-testing-at-the-level-of-10-year-olds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goldtadise.com\/?p=701757","title":{"rendered":"College Students Are Testing at the Level of 10-Year-Olds"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>According to a new \u201cSurvey of Adult Skills\u201d conducted by the <em>Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development<\/em> \u2014 a forum for 38 high-income, predominantly Western countries \u2014 a not insignificant number of adult students enrolled in higher education are now reading and doing math at a level which, in a more functional society, would be alarming for a middle schooler.<\/h4>\n<p>The survey, first spotted by the Economist, <em><strong>tested around 160,000 people of all ages, across all 38 member states<\/strong><\/em>.
