Lindsey Graham is\u00a0<strong>actually calling for a Congressional vote<\/strong>, but\u00a0<em>not\u00a0<\/em>concerning a War Powers Resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, he has called for Congress to review and vote on any diplomatic agreement ending the war with what he described as the &#8220;Iranian terrorist regime.&#8221; That&#8217;s right,\u00a0<strong>the NeoCon senator from South Carolina only wants a Congressional vote on whether\u00a0<em>peace\u00a0<\/em>should be approved<\/strong>.
