Currently on sale."},"content":{"rendered":"<ul role=\"list\">\n<li><strong>Americas Gold and Silver has signed a definitive joint venture agreement with US Antimony to construct an antimony processing plant at the Galena Complex in Idaho\u2019s Silver Valley, with Americas holding a 51% ownership stake and US Antimony holding 49%.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The JV is designed to capture full market value for antimony production rather than the discounted prices Americas currently receives under its existing offtake agreement, with CEO Paul Huet estimating $50-$70 million in value currently being left on the table over the next two years at current prices.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruxinvestor.com\/posts\/americas-gold-silver-us-antimony-come-together-to-build-us-critical-mineral-hub\">https:\/\/www.cruxinvestor.com\/posts\/americas-gold-silver-us-antimony-come-together-to-build-us-critical-mineral-hub<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Look at their q3 FS 31 million in Revs&#8230;..so 120 million annualized.\u00a0 So adding 50 to 70 over next 2 years is 25 to 35 million extra per year.\u00a0 That represents and extra 20 to 25% in revenues over the next 2 years just for the increase in price for the antimony they produce.\u00a0 That doesn&#8217;t even consider the increasing price of silver.
