The Iran strikes have done what great acts of moral clarity always do: They have forced people to reveal themselves. And what has been revealed, within a movement I have called home for most of my adult life, is an ugly, hateful sub-current that must be named, confronted, and disavowed. There can be no alliance with people who traffic in Jew-hatred, no matter how many correct positions they hold on other issues. Anti-Semitism is not a policy disagreement. It is a moral disqualification. History has proven, without exception, that those who come for the Jews do not stop with the Jews. They come for you next. Every civilization that has turned on its Jewish population has eventually turned on everyone else. This is not a warning. It is a pattern so consistent that to ignore it is not ignorance but willful blindness.<\/p>\n
