The rest of the globe seems quite alright with killing it\u2019s citizens.<\/h4>\n<p>But buried inside the proposal is something even more troubling: provisions that could penalize those who attempt to dissuade someone from accessing assisted death.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>The legislation reportedly includes penalties for anyone who attempts to obstruct or interfere with access to assisted death.
