You might recall that, up to now, I’ve shared no images from the adventures in far-off Tajikistan except for the dental incident.\u00a0 Since finishing the photos from my time in Turkey, I’ve been chipping away at all the photos taken in Tajikistan.\u00a0 I was hiking in the mountains there for all of August and September of last year, so there are quite a few photos.\u00a0 Here are links to the first two galleries:<\/p>\n

In the second gallery, you’ll see a lot of apricots drying in the sun.\u00a0 They are the best apricots!\u00a0 It’s an unplanned coincidence that earlier today I finished eating the last of a big bag of dried apricots I brought from Tajikistan, given to me by Gulomsho’s mother.\u00a0 It will make more sense when you see the gallery.<\/p>\n
