The stock market summer rally is getting long in the tooth. With leader AAPL, having had big gains since the bottom, anyone who has owned this for years should consider taking their profits or at least hedging by writing calls. AAPL has likely topped out today.\u00a0 The stock market may have a bit more time before it tops and rolls over, but any future gains from here will be limited.
