{"id":519102,"date":"2021-12-04T01:29:08","date_gmt":"2021-12-04T06:29:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goldtadise.com\/?p=519102"},"modified":"2021-12-04T01:29:08","modified_gmt":"2021-12-04T06:29:08","slug":"usa-nyc-teachers-score-another-win-in-fight-to-obtain-religious-exemptions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goldtadise.com\/?p=519102","title":{"rendered":"USA &#8211; NYC Teachers Score Another Win in Fight to Obtain Religious Exemptions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>A Nov. 28 ruling by New York\u2019s 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals means most New York City Department of Education employees denied a religious exemption from the city\u2019s COVID vaccine mandate must be allowed to reapply for an exemption under a new process.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The latest ruling extended the court\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/new-york-city-teachers-covid-vaccine-mandates-religious-exemptions\/\">Nov. 13 decision<\/a>\u00a0that the 15 plaintiffs who sued New York Mayor Bill De Blasio (<a href=\"https:\/\/unicourt.com\/case\/pc-ap1-kane-v-de-blasio-131258\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kane v. De Blasio<\/a>) and the City of New York (<a href=\"https:\/\/dockets.justia.com\/docket\/circuit-courts\/ca2\/21-2711\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Keil v.
