All Canadians have to do is prove they\u2019re vaccinated. But to return to Canada, they\u2019ll have to also provide a negative molecular COVID-19 test, like a PCR test, within 72 hours before crossing. That costs up to $200.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;What no one can defend, and Kusmiercyzk didn\u2019t even try, is this inane rule: <em><strong>If you know you\u2019ll be in the U.S. for less than 72 hours, you can take your test here \u2014 before you leave Canada.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>How does that protect our country?
