{"id":514539,"date":"2021-10-27T18:25:58","date_gmt":"2021-10-27T22:25:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goldtadise.com\/?p=514539"},"modified":"2021-10-27T23:12:57","modified_gmt":"2021-10-28T03:12:57","slug":"canada-saskatchewan-sets-up-covid-snitch-line-detainment-centres-and-enforcement-team","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goldtadise.com\/?p=514539","title":{"rendered":"CANADA &#8211; Saskatchewan sets up COVID snitch line, detainment centres and enforcement team"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>The province is implementing a user-friendly \u2018snitch line\u2019 reporting system online, for citizens who wish to report individuals or businesses breaking COVID-19 rules or mandates.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saskatchewan is currently\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/regina.ctvnews.ca\/sask-assembling-team-to-enforce-covid-19-public-health-orders-1.5616728\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">creating a COVID Enforcement Team<\/a>, made up mostly of retired police officers, to assist in the enforcement of health order violations, as well as the transport of citizens required to go to an isolation site.<\/p>\n<p>Or in this case, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.news.yahoo.com\/ex-police-enforce-covid-19-231649459.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">detainment facility<\/a>\u00a0being set up a the hospital in North Battleford.<\/p>\n<p>The enforcement positions are being offered at the pay rate of $38\/hour, which works out to approximately $79,000\/year with a full-time schedule, though these positions are contract-based.
