I have stated for the last couple of months that the DJIA was heading to 30,000. I believe being only 1650 pts away from today’s high, it is only a matter of when, not if. It seems to not matter to the market who wins the Presidency(at least in the short term). I believe we will get a top around that round number, sooner rather than later. If something spooks the market like AP and the media calling it for Biden, expect a pullback first. If Trump’s challenges seem fruitful, expect the final surge in a matter of days.
