Was that the reason that stimulus was delayed\/canceled? Announcing a stimulus at this time could have caused rates to rise further, and some low-interest-rate derivatives to possibly fail? And the stock market was just a victim? Also, gold’s much awaited down move into an ICL now seems more closer to completion?<\/p>\n
