acquire<\/a> an 80% ownership interest in the Bishop Hill III Wind Energy Center in Illinois for $148M.<\/li>\n<li>Bishop Hill III, which was placed into service just last month, consists of 53 General Electric turbines with a capacity of 132 MW and has a 22-year offtake agreement with WPPI Energy for all energy produced at the site.<\/li>\n<li>WEC expects the deal to be eligible for 100% bonus depreciation and for production tax credits under new tax rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/seekingalpha.com\/news\/3366780-sempra-energy-sell-entire-u-s-wind-solar-asset-portfolio\">Sempra Energy to sell entire U.S. wind and solar asset portfolio<\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"bullets\">\n<ul>\n<li>Sempra Energy (NYSE:<a title=\"Sempra Energy\" href=\"https:\/\/seekingalpha.com\/symbol\/SRE\">SRE<\/a>) says it <a href=\"https:\/\/seekingalpha.com\/pr\/17204202-sempra-energy-announces-portfolio-optimization-initiatives\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plans to sell<\/a> several energy infrastructure assets, including its entire portfolio of U.S. wind and solar assets, as well as certain U.S. midstream assets.<\/li>\n<li>SRE expects to record Q2 impairment charges related to the sales totaling $870M-$925M after tax and noncontrolling interests.<\/li>\n<li>SRE says the planned asset sales &#8220;represent the first phase of a multi-phase portfolio optimization initiative designed to sharpen the company&#8217;s strategic focus and create value for all shareholders.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>The announcement comes less than a month after activist investor Elliott Management and Bluescape Resources said they owned a 4.9% stake in SRE and pushed for a board shakeup and strategic review at the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">Here is one that suggests that EGRGF is undervalued by about 10 times its current price at first glance.(LOL).\u00a0 PTRC has a market cap of $20m, has burned through about $50m and is generating about $1m a year in revenue.\u00a0 Eagle on the other hand is actively drilling, has existing production of about 3000 barrels of energy per day as of the end of their first quarter with 228 possible well sites in Texas and others in Alberta.\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\"><a it has a market cap of about $75m Cdn vs. Eagles $16m Cdn.\u00a0 It onlyoperates in the U.S. and is generating revenue of just $600,000 a year and has no debt.\u00a0 No debt maybe its only advantage vs. others like GXOCF and EGRGF.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\"><a
