The one year chart shows a nasty downtrend where the 30 ema on the weekly has been capping all rallies since last summers top.  Classic Weinstein stage 4 Bear Market action.  <\/p>\n<p>My long term channel provides the bigger picture and while they are now bouncing at major support, they also just had a failed breakout on the last BMR.
