Maybe someone can bring me up to speed, I remember hearing about 6-8 weeks back that Venezuela had a debt payment coming due before Xmas and it was anticipated that they would sell gold bullion into the market to fund the repayment. Unless something else has transpired or I missed this event, this is something else that weighs heavily on the gold market if the info I received was accurate.
