In the process of lining up climate controlled storage, we had a conversation with the manager of said operation. He’s one of us.
His last 5 signups fit our situation. They need a short-term solution to store their possessions that they may or may not keep while they explore various options outside the country. These are drive-in storage units that can fit vehicles (RVs) and more.
Secure, fenced and monitored.

The manager has an exit plan as well and will pull the plug by the end of the year. He has a place already outside the country.
I am meeting more and more people who think like us.

Why move?

-nothing works anymore

Move somewhere that they leave you alone. Become part of the community. Do not live a flashy lifestyle. Low key.
Have to realize that there is no perfect place but you can still travel part of the year to other places.
