Ukrainian President Zelenskiy confirmed the dismissal of two key ministers and deployed personal sanctions on his former business partner as the corruption scandal in the country’s energy sector widens. “It is absolutely unacceptable that, amid all this, there are also some schemes in the energy sector,”

Western mainstream media almost immediately launched into damage control, with one op-ed in Bloomberg trying its best to say it’s not at all Ukraine’s fault, but is actually somehow… the Kremlin behind it(!). Here’s how it begins:

This faux-outrage will be surely be proven over time to be just the “Tip of the Iceberg” of Ukrainian corruption and ongoing disappearance of $Millions from slush funds being funnelled into Ukraine by war-mongers. Zelensky himself has been associated with ~$1B salted away via the Panama Papers, with 4-5 mansions worldwide (US, Turkey & elsewhere) and don’t forget the the 2 x Yachts bought in 2023 – etc etc. This NATO operation has resulted in a massive wealth transfer TO what was once referred to as the most corrupt country in Europe. One that politicians have become intimately familiar with!
