But two ordinary Canadians, Karl Harrison and Shaun Rickard, refuse to let it go. They’re dragging the federal government back to court today, determined to make sure it never happens again.
Because, despite what Trudeau and his ministers claimed, there was never any science behind that discriminatory travel ban. None whatsoever.
After digging through more than 15,000 pages of government evidence, Karl and Shaun discovered internal emails proving Health Canada and the Public Health Agency never even recommended the policy. Bureaucrats were scrambling to find “science to wrap around” a political decision that had already been made.

It’s infuriating. Canadians were lied to. But Karl and Shaun are fighting so that those lies don’t get buried.
The worst part is that these mandates were never repealed — they were only suspended. Which means the government can do this again whenever it pleases.
That’s why this case matters for every Canadian. And not just those who refused the shot. Because if the courts don’t draw the line now, future governments will be free to coerce citizens all over again, on any issue they choose.

Just returned from a long dog walk through the Village trail system.
Encountered three 60+ white women who did not know about Digital ID as the gateway to control. I gave them a 2 minute rundown. They want nothing to do with that but were not aware. All of them need to travel to see family on the other side of the country. The concept of a Digital ID was foreign to them. CBC watchers?
They went along with all the Covid protocols but not anymore. It woke them up. I didn’t get into the woke crap just in case I lost them. It was another test case. Leave the woke shit out of the conversation and they may believe you more.
The travel and carbon allowances hit home.
