UPDATE: Amid an upcoming ruling on Democrat-favored racially drawn House districts, SCOTUS Justice Clarence Thomas wants to SERIOUSLY re-visit “settled precedent.”

He says that many cases [especially decided in favor of liberals] were based on “something somebody dreamt up and others went along with,” and that just because a case was decided does not make it “gospel.”
