A wealth producing factory can function and prosper without an office and showroom. Employees can take orders and make deliveries.

But an office and a showroom can’t prosper without the manufacturing shop. “China” has been the shop, and the USA has been stuck with an abundance of  overhead and wealth absorbing and tax absorbing office and showroom jobs.

That trend is ending and and would explain about all the empty stores.
