It’s simple: A booming economy, a foreign policy grounded in realism, a secure border, and popular working-class policies—all contrasted by a Democratic opposition mired in chaos, antisemitism, and no credible alternative.

“Every time people say we’re headed for a recession or his trade war is gonna tank the economy, data comes out. … Inflation is down. Energy prices are way down. Economic growth is up. Joblessness is down.

He’s pointing out what we already discuss daily at the tent! Nice presentation tone of voice.
Trump has minimal political competition and citizens don’t like what they are seeing from the opposition. ie: The Democrat Party is DOA.

Only 4 months in – excellent points and we cannot disparage what has been done. As long as he doesn’t blunder into mid-east wars and sees the (obvious) end-game in UKraine without further ‘foreign entanglement’ (to use GW’s words), he and his team have my support (as VDH said, the alternative is unthinkable). I’ll remain patient, but my $ is still on GOLD and I believe Trump’s is too before his term is up.
PS – only point of contention with VDH is that the WSJ is a moderate/centrist publication.
