French President Emmanuel Macron, in a televised address, declared that Vladimir Putin and Russia now pose an immediate threat to all of Europe. He accused Russia of turning the war into a global conflict, a*sassinating political opponents, manipulating elections in Romania, and carrying out cyberattacks. Macron warned that a Russian invasion of the rest of Europe is now a real possibility.
