Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says the UN Security Council should be reformed to ensure wider representation
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has visited Kenya, where he discussed with the country’s officials a number of geopolitical and economic issues, including the emerging multipolar world order.
“Africa quite reasonably presents its intentions to become a real full-fledged center of the emerging multipolar world order,” Lavrov said.
The only way to ensure more full representation at the UN is to “admit representatives of Asia, Latin America, and Africa to the Security Council,” he said.
Imagine the consternation in Washington as Russia and China, at breathtaking speed, rearrange the world order. Their threats increasingly falling on deaf ears, their bribes being mocked as chump change. What we are witnessing is astounding!
One of the more pathetic aspects of this epoch, is that it is a journalistic gold mine in terms of historic significance, yet western journalists, if there are any who comprehend the times in which they live, are forbidden from the actual reporting of it!

Sergey Lavrov is certainly saying the kinds of things Africans want to hear. His words echo the agenda of the WEF though so keep that in mind. The US will no longer have rule over the world. Instead a group of nations will share global power in a developing multi polar world. You can read the WEF article on the topic. Its written by John Kerry and spells it all out in detail. What Sergey is saying is a modification of the intentions as he is inserting Africa as a continental pact group into the equation which is not exactly as the WEF was expecting. But its a welcome idea that will create consternation among the architects because it will force them to adapt to an unexpected and mostly unwelcome entrant to the Security Council if the idea catches on.
