DENIAL OF REALITY
THE LIBTARDIANS ARE INTRACTABLY INSANE .
“The gap between the sane and the insane today in America is unbridgeable”
Good short article on who they are and what dammage they cause in their pathological Ignorance

That is the most incredible thing to me. We look at the same set of facts, the same reality, and come to completely opposite conclusions. We need to either to deny our own sanity, or deny the sanity or morality of those opposed to us. Since we can’t possibly do the first, we must begrudgingly do the second. It’s life sucking!
Makes me wonder about a consensus reality.
FGC, I am grateful you posted this. Because it explains EXACTLY why I am finding it increasingly difficult to be in Vancouver, or any leftard bastion for that matter.
Over the course of 3 years I have gone from a position of tolerance (seeing masked people) to the point where when I see someone wearing a fucking face rag, I seethe with anger and have visions of the mask being a target for batting practice. Often, I can barely contain my anger and I am now saying things attesting to their mental state of insanity when they walk past me.
People have told me “you shouldn’t let it get to you. You are letting them live rent-free in your head” and other platitudes like that. But this article sums it up perfectly. It’s one thing to see oddballs on the sidewalk wrapped in a bedsheet communing with some mythical being. They don’t have any influence over politicians and government figures. But the face rags are a different story altogether. Because that c*** Bonnie-Bitch would just love to see everyone perpetually face-ragged, and these assholes that parade around in the damn things are indeed the ones who scream the loudest and influence public policy.
Sigh 🙁
Lol…stay away from the bat rack, GMG!
At least we can identify the mentally ill.
There are narrative builders and followers, who wear trust on their sleeves. They subscribe to the NYT or WaPo or donate to NPR. Etc.
Then there are empiricists, who dig into the numbers, or at least seek out efforts by others who do that. Ed Dowd comes to mind. Cat man too.
In a very simplistic sense, the world splits along these lines.
Engineers, accountants, economists, statisticians …. they may not TRUST the numbers, but without them they can’t so easily be convinced.
The others — the more gullible IMO — buy into story lines and narratives. Anyone who has spent time around lawyers knows full well the extent to which they can deceive with words without raising suspicions. Journalists and speech writers have these skills too. (But get paid much less.)
So I’m not sure this group — the narrative consumers — is mentally ill so much as mentally LAZY and severely lacking in critical thinking skills. Over the last few years, I’ve encountered plenty of folks without elite degrees who can see through the bullshit. But the more specialized one’s training, the more apt they are to trust others on matters outside their sphere of knowledge. So its part of the problem society faces from overspecialization.
They don’t even try though. I mean they literally make no effort to actively listen to the other side. All ear-closing and shut down brains. I am convinced there is something in the injections that makes them all like the Borg in a hive mind. Such people could never be original at anything. They would not invent or create. They simply manifest the company lines and repeat them over and over for all to hear. Imprisoned inside their own dead brains. Sad.
